On our website you can fill in a contact form with the request to be contacted by us or to receive further information about our products or services. If you purchase products from us, we use your data to process your orders as quickly and easily as possible. When you place an order, we need information to fulfill your order so that we can confirm your order, keep you informed about your order and send you the invoice. In order to deliver your order, we share your name, e-mail address and delivery address with the delivery company. If your company is located outside the Netherlands, we also share your phone number with the delivery company.
Internova will not sell your personal data to third parties and will only make it available to third parties involved in the execution of your order.


Obligated by the Dutch Tax Authorities, we must save our records for 7 years (your invoice, payment and order details). We also keep your data for warranty processing for a period of at least five years. These data are only kept for the purpose of providing a guarantee or refuting turnover to the tax authorities. Internova does not store personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or required by law.


We use your data to inform you by email about price and assortment changes and to inform you about Internova products, services and activities. If you no longer appreciate this, please let us know by sending an email. Under every newsletter we send, we also offer you the option to unsubscribe. The newsletter subscriber base is not provided to third parties and your data will never be sold by us.
